On the 15th April 1989 I travelled with a friend to a football match.

I may have been 23 but I was as innocent and excited as school kid, dreaming of seeing my heroes, my team.

I am still haunted by that moment and I think of them everyday.
But I have come to realise that it was not my time to die, the only thing I lost was my innocence.
